See if your lawnmower or other yard tools need cleaned or serviced before the start of the season.
Start seeds for Summer vegetables like tomatoes and peppers indoors.
End of March or beginning of April start cold weather vegetables outside. Weather permitting. You can also plant but use a garden cloche such as this one. Your cloche does not need to be this fancy but if will give you an idea of what to build over your raised beds to start your garden earlier.
